Dr. Raymond E. Rothwell ministered in a pastoral position for more than thirty years at Full Gospel Temple, a mission minded church located in Eaton, Ohio. He has a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Southern Bible Institute and Seminary, located in Thompson, Georgia. Dr. Rothwell is accountable to his pastor, Dr. David Robinson of Elgin, Illinois.
In July 2006, under the direction of the Lord, he retired from his full time pastorate position and began serving as President of Leadership Mentoring Ministries, whose purpose is to help churches and ministries develop adequate programs that will assist them in attaining a risk-free ministry.
Dr. Rothwell is an active member in various ministerial affiliations, including Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers International (of which he serves on the World Missions Administrative Team), Faith Christian Fellowship International, and the Full Gospel Fellowship of Native America. He serves as a board member for several ministries, including Omega World Missions, Lightnings of God Ministries International, Christian Missions Development Group, Cross Power Ministries, Inc., as well as serving on the Advisory Board of New Creations Chapel, Inc. Dr. Rothwell works with Coaching 4 Ministers, preparing leadership manuals and PowerPoint presentations, providing support to ministry President David Robinson.
Dr. Rothwell does not approach risk management issues from a professional legal background; however, with over thirty-five years of pastoral ministry and working with church and/or ministry documents, church structure, and risk management issues within the Body of Christ, he has keen insight into this vital area of ministry.
